A proposal is approved automatically only when a rule below covers the tool. The risk must be within the rule's cap. Today's quota must not be used up. The amount must be under the cap. Proposals from the API and MCP are never approved automatically. Everything is logged and stays visible in History.
Personas are the conversations we want to be in. Account types are who runs the account. Profiles are public creators, trainers and businesses, with their accounts across channels. Private persons are never linked across channels. Opportunities we did not reply to are anonymized after 90 days.
The system posts on Instagram and Facebook where someone mentioned or tagged us, and on YouTube. Replies under other people's posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn have no API. The browser agent posts those from its own machine after you approve them. App Store, Google Play and Reddit replies wait, ready to paste. Apple and Google have no write key, and Reddit is never posted to by a system.
The panel defines the experiment. The app reads it and splits the users. It sends experiment_id and variant on its events. Without that there are no numbers to work with.
The agent posts only what you approved. It does not solve CAPTCHAs. It stops and asks you to connect to the VM.
Role models are the accounts we follow to see what works. That means videos that beat the account's median and ads that run long. Competitor means they are also compared with us. Otherwise it is a brand we want to resemble. Changes apply from next Monday. The names are never used in our own marketing.
The control room tells other systems when something happens. That is a new proposal, a decided or executed proposal, a finished agent run, or an alert from the pipeline watch. Each message is signed with the secret shown once when the webhook is created. The header is X-Barkalot-Signatur, HMAC-SHA256 of "tid.kropp". Only https. Webhooks report what happened. They do not execute anything.
First emails to businesses and creators, proposed by the Outreach agent and approved by you. The rules decide who can be contacted. In Norway and Denmark, no persons without consent. In Norway, only generic business addresses (post@, kontakt@). In the EU, work addresses at businesses. In the US, under CAN-SPAM. Each email states the sender, the source of the address, the legal basis, the retention period and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses stay on the block list forever. Contacts who do not reply are deleted after 180 days.
One per line, semicolons between: email;name;role;category (bedrift, skaper, person);country (NO, SE, US …);source (where the address is listed);why they are relevant;consent (empty, or where consent was given).
Proposals you approved that can only be done in the website or the app. The control room does not do them itself. Copy the list and paste it where the work is done.
